Protect Your Florida Property From Fraud

Property and mortgage fraud is the county’s fastest-growing white-collar crime. According to the FBI’s Internet Crime Report, more than $350 million was lost to the crime in 2021 alone. Property fraud is when someone illegally uses your property for financial gain, such as creating a fraudulent document that will deed your home to them, and then they record that document in the county’s Official Records.
